Larry Feldman is a dynamic force in automotive talent acquisition, bringing over 30 years of retail automotive experience and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. As VP & Strategic Advisor at Lion Partnership, Larry leads initiatives focused on helping dealerships attract, recruit, and retain the kind of talent that drives lasting success.

A former award-winning Cadillac salesperson, General Manager, and Dealer Principal, Larry understands firsthand what it takes to build winning cultures from the ground up. His career spans every level of dealership operations, giving him a unique ability to identify not just qualified candidates, but the right people who align with a dealership’s vision, values, and growth strategy.

In 2012, Larry founded Career Changers USA, a nationally recognized recruiting and training firm dedicated to helping individuals successfully transition into automotive careers while equipping dealerships with motivated, coachable talent. Through this platform, he has impacted thousands of professionals across the United States and Canada with his engaging, high-energy training style.

Larry is also the co-host of the popular Lethal Sales podcast and a familiar voice across industry web shows, where he shares practical insights on leadership, hiring, and performance. Known for his interactive and entertaining approach, he blends real-world experience with actionable strategies that resonate with today’s workforce.
