As Founder & Managing Partner of Lion Partnership, Peter brings over four decades of retail automotive experience spanning OEM, vendor, and dealership operations, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on what drives sustainable success.
Throughout his career, Peter has held leadership roles at every level of the dealership, along with regional and national oversight positions across North America and Europe. This depth of experience fuels his ability to identify inefficiencies, uncover hidden opportunities, and implement strategies that create measurable impact across the entire organization.
In addition to his work with Lion Partnership, Peter serves in key leadership roles with DiCoSo USA and Ntelegence, where he continues to champion innovation in digital retailing, data intelligence, and dealership performance optimization. He is also the host of the Automotive Innovators & Disruptors Clubhouse room, a platform that brings together some of the industry’s most forward-thinking voices to challenge conventional thinking and inspire progress.
